Initially I ordered a car/audio for my SUV and placed a $100 deposit. When I got home, I called and cancelled the order. The person I talked to said, No problem as nothing has been ordered yet. Next day, Jim, the salesman called and was very nasty said all parts are in and we need to schedule a day for install. I declined and informed him of the cancellation. He said, I don't care, I ordered eveything anyways. He offered a $150 discount or a $50 restocking fee. I declined both as this was a cancelled order. He charged my card $100. Stay away from this SCAM of a business
