Horrible service. The staff was okay, but the dentist was snotty and when I tried to explain why I was upset about my service, she became confrontational and aggressive. I have never seen anything like it before. Do not go there! Brightside Dental is the best!

I started to see Dr. Mindy sometime ago for some cosmetic dentistry. The out come was 'simply perfect!' She is now my primary dentist and she is really GREAT when you have a dental emergency or other dental problems. Her staff of ladies are really nice and very friendy with their clients. Dr. Mindy does superb work and is very acommodating to your dental needs. I STRONGLY recomend her and her staff.

I found Dr Mindy over 15 years ago. I arrived with a fear of dentists, a botched root canal and PAIN. She completely removed the mess that had been made which stopped the pain and 'fixed my smile' to boot. Dr. MIndy has an office that is very friendly and comforting, its almost like home. Then even let me watch Space Jam while I get my teeth cleaned. When i was little, they even had someone dress up as the tooth fairy for our entertainment, so they're obviously dedicated. I was never one of the those people who went "ugggh" when they found out they had to go to the dentist, thanks to Dr. Mindy.

When we moved to Michigan 11 years ago, we use the Yellow Pages and picked Dr. Mindy because her office was so convenient. When she moved locations (which was still close by) we moved with her. Her staff is always so friendly, knows us by name, and their services are state of the art. As a bonus, we love the extra comforts available in the office like movies for the kids! We have recommended Dr. Mindy to many many people and will continue to do so!

Dr. Siegel is caring, concerned with the comfort of her patients, questions they have, and understanding of procedures being used. She not only asks for her patients input but listens to them. Dr. Siegel uses the latest technology and skills in her dentistry. This technology was used to check for dead cells and other issues. Something I have never received in over 40 years of dental care. Her staff members are caring and devoted. The atmosphere is relaxed and trusting as in family. I actually look forward to going to the dentist without dread, knowing I am in great hands both staff wise and with Dr. Siegel.

I had not seen the dentist in several years, so I was very embarrased and nervous about going back to the dentist. When I came into Dr. Mindy's office, the staff gave me a very warm welcome and made me feel like a special patient. Dr. Mindy spent time with me and was detailed and informative about my specific needs. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting and I will recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

I am sooooo glad that I found Dr. Mindy for my family!! She and her staff are great. I lost one of my front teeth playing hockey years ago and she replaced it using an implant. I dont know what I was waiting for with this tooth that came in and out all those years. The surgery didnt even hurt and you cant tell my new tooth from the others at all! It was just awesome! My kids dont usually need any work, but they love their cleaning visits........they have all the goodies there and the hygienists are really thorough. I just think they are the best out there and wanted everyone to know!

When I went in for my tooth to be pulled I felt bad , Dentist and staff made me feel like I did something wrong ,I know my teeth are not the best and I have I guess gum and bone loss , but I felt like she was laughing at me because I did not go to the dentist more regular , well I am sorry If I could not afford one and if I never had insurane to pay for the expensive work that needed to be done .

And pulling my teeth is not the answer , what I wanted to hear was how can you help me , another dentist is and the payments are good for me , I just felt like I was in Beverley Hills all about show .
