Rubin Arms Apartments

This was the worst apartment i have ever lived

in! From day one we had nothing but issues when we went in all you could smell was cat pee,

as time went on our bathroom started to fall apart the wall stated caving in as my boyfreind was useing the bathroom, then we started to see black mold, then the nabors started geting bed bugs after awhile it was just redickulis the house stated to fall apart from the celling faling in above the shower to the closet doors falling off and hiting you in the head, i would'nt even recomened a person that i hate to move in there and when you call maintness they never come
