Northeast Pharmacy

I require a specialized cream which Northeast has been making for me for years, they even send to me when I winter in Florida! No other pharmacy will do this for me. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! In addition, they deliver to my home when I can't get out.

I have never had a bad situation with John and his team. I have even had a situation where I was running late, but I called and told John I would be running about 5 minutes late and they were nice enough to stay past their normal closing time. I saw the post below and wanted to make sure to point out my similar, but very positive experience with Northeast Pharmacy. The main thing I think is that I let them know I was running late ahead of time and the fabulous NE team stayed . Excellent pharmacy and I would recommend them to anyone. Customer service like no other!

terrible. they do not care about their patients. I left early from work and I was stuck in traffic from Royal Oak in stormy rainy weather. I was calling them for 45 minutes and they would not wait until I arrived 2 minutes late.I called at 6:01 and they would not answer their phones. They are not the only game in town. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM FOR ANYTHING.Because of their lack of concern I have had to miss 2 dosages of an emergency prescription that my doctor ordered.

Prices are great and lower than chains in the area. I needed a special cream made up as prescribed by my Doctor, they were able to do it, as I was turned away by some chains. Staff is friendly and very knowledgable.
