If anybody is looking to work in direct care do not work for this company. They make up their own rules as they go. They do not follow The rules in the employee handbook. They will treat employees that are bad, good. and the employees that are good, bad. They never have the managers back. I truly hope that the owner of this company will take a serious look to the women who run the office. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off. They have no idea what's going on in their own houses And they are completely blind when they have a good Employee.
