        Lazzara & Company, P.C. was founded in April 1987, by Michael J. Lazzara, CPA and Mary Ellen Taylor, CPA. During July 1988, the firm moved into its present office in Clinton Township. In June 1997, David A. Lazzara, CPA and David H. Martin, CPA were promoted to shareholders. Effective July 1997, Randall C. DiFalco, CPA joined Lazzara & Company. Our staff of ten CPAs, professional accountants, and support staff are available to serve all of your needs - big or small. The Company’s founder, Michael J. Lazzara, and his staff have been proudly serving South East Michigan for over 30 years. The current assembled staff are eager to maintain, as well as, expand the quality and promptness of our services which our dedicated clients have always appreciated.
