Excellent. Was expecting to spend a lot of money on repairs. Because of Honda service and their honesty, I drove out only paying for a requested transmission oil change and diagnostic check. The transmission oil change is more expensive than at the oil change places but I trust the service department to get it done right. This is the only dealer service that I trust. My van was ready when promised. When I need service on my Honda vehicles, this is the only service place that I go to. Thanks for a GREAT job.

. John and Aaron, the mechanic, explained the problem to me thoroughly and recommended what needed to be repaired. John and Aaron both took the time to show me literally. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely return to this Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda Cadillac in the future.

We didn't have to bring the car in. Dealer came out to pick up the car and left us a loaner. Then they came back with out car and took the loaner.

My experience has always been 5 star. Jarrod and Randy couldn't be more "Friendly" and helpful. From them to the cashiers to the porters and everyone I have connected with the survice and treatment has been top notch. My viehicles are always fixed, problems found during repair are brought to my attention and options given to help make my decisions. It's nice to have a dealer that goes out of their way to treat me with respect and dignity fix the problems and get me back on the road quickly. THX and regards, Greg

At first....not so good. When I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for today for an oil change I was told "I don't have my appointment book in front of me, what time do you want to come in"? I said around 11:00 am, he said okay. When I got there today I was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 Hours because I didn't have an appointment. When I explained the telephone call they took me right in. Everyone in the Service Department was very courteous, even though they were extremely busy. While the CR-V was being serviced we met with George Jablonski about trading in my 2011 CR-V for a 2013 CR-V, George is not only a great salesman, he is a genuinely nice person. Always a pleasant experience at Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda.

Service was very good. Vehicle was returned clean and all service complete. Your Direct TV was down, we could only watch their advertising channel - suggest you get cable.

I was so happy to be taken home while repairs were made, and picked up after. The driver was friendly and courteous. I was treated with respect at the dealership. They made the whole ordeal much easier than I expected it to be. The car wash was a happy surprise. Thank you . I'll be back.

90,000 mile maintenance for my 2010 Honda Pilot. Bobby Baize was very friendly and professional. So was the cashier (I forgot her name, older lady).
My car was returned to me in great shape and the outside was cleaned.
100% satisfied.

do not bring the vehicle there for service. they scratch the car and refuse to fix it.

scheduled oil change, service checked my radiator fluid to make sure it was good. New keurig machine produced yummy hot chocolate to counter the cold weather outside.
