        My daughter gets her glasses here and she told me I should come here and see Dr.Kristen McDonnell and so I’m so glad I did she was great and this is wear I plan on coming from now on.

        Wow! That is a totally differe...

        Wow! That is a totally different experience than mine has ever been. I have been a customer there for 20 years and they have always been up front with me and gave superior customer service. I have always went there for my exams due to the thoroughness and my Optometrist takes a lot of time for fitting my contacts and does not charge me for my follow up visits. I would call the manager there and tell him or her what happened. You should try them again, good luck with it!
