        The Harbours is a great place to live. Most of the utilities are included in rent and there are washers and dryers in every single apartment. Also, the view from your balcony is relaxing. Holly in the Leasing Office is very helpful if you are looking for a home there!!

        This was me, my boyfriend's, and his sister's first and worst apartment experience! Never again will I ever move back to these apartments. We had neighbors that were rude & always complained about any movement we made. They complained my boyfriend's sister's son, who is 3 years old. We made accommodations to make sure we didn't receive anymore violations. When we were getting ready to rent the apartment, we asked could we have a lower level apartment, the woman claimed they didn't have any available (30 mins after we came back with the money order; after she said they did). I'm guessing this woman was security for the fitness center so nobody under 18 years old could enter; I look younger than 18 so she hollered at me for being in the fitness center & I had to show her my ID to prove I was old enough. NEVER AGAIN! It's best to move here if you are elderly or have no children because the neighbors whine about every noise they hear, especially natural movement such as walking.
