Great experience! Very professional and polite. Came out and fixed my furnace in short notice. 10/10 recommend!

Two years ago Brothers installed a new furnace/AC unit for us. They were there as promised, installation and cleanup was great. Now two years later I'm having trouble with my air conditioner A-coil leaking water on my basement floor. I've been calling Brothers for two weeks and I can't get them to even call me back. I finally talked to Joshua, one of the brothers, and he told me he would call me right back to set up an appointment, but here it is two days later and still no call back. I'm very disappointed in the service they provide after the sale (which is non existent) and I would not recomend them to any one thinking of buying a new system from them. I don't understand why they can't even have the decency to cll back because I don't think this call would be covered under a warranty and I would probably have to pay for it anyway.

My husband and I bought a home and within 3 weeks our furnace went out. Being first time home owners we had no idea what to do. It was very cold in our home, between 30-40 degrees when we woke up. Our 8 week old puppy was shivering so bad. The technician answered the phone a 4 am and came out before I left for work so I didn't have to worry about the dogs while I was at work. He Did a great job, technician explained everything to me and gave a more than fair price. They were able to work into my busy work schedule and tolerate my two big dogs jumping all over them. He was very fast and really educated me on the system I have and what I would be needing in the future.

Just had Brothers out to check my furnace that was not igniting. I put the call into them this morning and it was returned promptly. They were at my house earlier than promised and got the furnace working within minutes. I have a terrible fear of heating & cooling companies taking my last penny. What I was charged was more than fair. This was my first experience with them. I decided to call them based on the reviews here and it was the right decision. Finally, I have found a reasonably priced and competent HVAC company!

This is the second time I had Brothers out for service and both times have been a good experience. Joshua is certainly a guy you can trust! I highly recommend them for heating and cooling since both visits have been for each one! They'll be installing a new ac unit next week since it was an honest quote and good warranty!

Awesome service! I searched the yellow pages last week and ended up calling Brother's because of the other reviews I read here, and I am very happy I did - they were right. The service was friendly and above expectation. Joshua was very thorough in his cleaning and inspection of my A/C, water heater and fireplace. He went above and beyond in trouble shooting an issue with the fireplace and fixed a broken PVC pipe running from the water heater- both at no extra charge. He also walked me through the work he did and educated me on the various aspects of each item. Glad I called Brother's! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Thanks so much guys! Last year I had Jeremiah and the Brother's crew swap out my old 80% efficeint furnace with a brand new 90%+ and I couldnt be happier! First of all, the gas bill is noticably lower in the winter. I was was elligable for full energy tax credits & best of all, the furnace and AC works great! I could feel a complete difference in the heat with the new furnace. I think its because of the humidifier they installed. I feel very comfortable doing business with these honest, christian people. I would referr them to anyone, and have already recommended to friends. -Thanks Again Guys!

We had Jeremiah give us a bid for our new construction home, and was one of the best prices, though not the cheapest Brothers came in high referral from a friends home they had done, so I went with them. I am so glad I did! Jeremiah, Mike, & Mike gave me top notch service and put up with all my changes without an extras charge also didnt skimp and use the cheapest products. (Sorry again guys). I couldnt be happier with my choice and would highly recommend them, they are some of the most honest people you will meet!

One of my friends told me to call Joshua at Brothers for a replacement quote when my ancient furnace started to fail. I had two other companies give me a replacement price before my appointment with Brothers. When Joshua came out, the very first thing he did was see if he could fix the furnace at a reasonable price. He managed to find the problem in about ten minutes. My bill was less than $150.00 . He did agree with the other two companies, that my furnace was in bad shape. He bought me enough time to save up for a higher efficiency furnace, which the other two companies didn't even inform me about. Last week, he put in my high efficiency furnace, thermostat, humidifier, and air filter for less than what the others had quoted for the same package, but with only a mid-efficiency furnace. He also made my day by telling me about their Consumers Energy Trade Ally membership, which helped me get a $400.00 credit for going with high efficiency. Joshua and his helper actually looked like they were having fun while they were working. They said that loving their work made it easy to treat every job as if it were going to be on display. I love my system; and I made a special effort to show everyone at my Super Bowl party the job they did. No joke, I think I got them two more installs in one afternoon!

These guys not only came in with the lowest bid, but gave superior service and a complete and thorough inspection. They even replaced a clogged humidifier line for free just because they happened to have the extra line on their van. The main man Joshua was very personable and polite. They will have my repeat business and my families.

My new furnace is the BEST! Jeremiah and his crew just finished installing me a new 95% efficient furnace, premium air cleaner, and humidifier. All this for less than the other guys wanted for just a furnace! They evan improved my systems efficientcy by modifying some of my duct work. Thanks Guys!
