Abex Income Tax

I had a bad experience at this tax service company. This place was recommend by a former coworker in 2013. I was not satisfied in my first visit. My appointment was mixed up, my preparer Susan was NOT pleasant. There was no privacy when discussing my personal financial info. I went a 2nd time and it was worst. Again my appointment time was mixed up, the same preparer was rude, made several mistakes on my tax return, began speaking with me in front of clients about my return. I requested to go in her office and she wasn't happy with the request. I addressed my unpleasant experiences both times. A typical response would be I apologize for your experience. Her response was "well I don't know what to say, taxes are taxes". I explained I wasn't speaking about the taxes I'm speaking about my experience here and her reply was " well would you like a donut or some coffee", unbelievable! I left this business feeling as if she didn't want my business or want me to return. She didn't even say thank you. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
