        BEWARE!!! Don't use this CROOK to do your taxes!!!! He will lie to you as to what he is charging you to do your tax return! He doesn't want you to pay him up front with a check so he can take more than he is telling you out of your refund amount. Most people are just so happy to get a refund and don't double check what their tax refund is compared to what is deposited into their bank account.Don't use him and if you have double check your past tax refunds from the prior years that he has done.Very sad to say that you cant trust Jim Chapman who should be your trusted adviser but is NOT.

        Before Choosing this company I had spoken with 2 other Accountants at Big chain businesses. They treated me like I was just a number. Then I found Jim ... @ the (Income Tax Wizard) to be not only Very Knowledgeable, but, also, Very easy to work with. Exceeded my expectations! I recommend this business 100%

        Best tax return ever!!!!

        I went to ITW after going to H & R ..... and I not only received better customer service but paid less and received more due to to a more thorough examination. I then referred my mother which the owner did her return for free! Great coffee and environment while you wait. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

        This is how customers shoul be treated. Friendly, courtious, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I'm sending all my friends and family. Oh, and it was way cheaper than H & R Block plus they have really good coffee! *******
