Many years ago Alice did my 5 dogs loved the way she groomed each one and she was very nice

The prices were reasonable and I got in quick. Also, I'm very picky about my grooms and she did a great job. Had no issues!

If I could put no star as a review I would. I am in tears right now for how horrid of an experience my dog and our family had to endure with this woman. I totally agree with the review above. This woman has no business around any kind of animals including human beings. First of all our dog is a very rare breed that we saved because his original owner could no longer afford to keep him. He is a Coton De Tulear......similar to a Bichon. It was time for a trim and decided to use Alice from a referral from a friend that just started taking her puppy. As someone that is passionate in general with animals, I have donated time and money to many animal organizations and does a lot of research.......I failed my dog here. She was informed about what breed he was weeks before we brought him in for his trim and she expressed understanding. In summary my dog looks like a shaved rat with a poodle head cut. When she was approached about my dissatisfaction, she expressed ignorance of the breed and gave many excuses including that it was the dog's fault. Very rude and non-accepting of any of my expressed concerns. Did absolutely nothing to try and fix the problem. Can not express enough how not to take your animal of any kind to this woman. And as someone who works in the medical field, It is beyond comprehension how any person could ever treat anything in this manner.

I made an appointment for my chitzu and took him in the next day. this was his first grooming and I wanted a local person to do it I thought it would be more personal pleasant experience for him. and it was she didnt try to be friendly with him just tried to grab him from me. not knowing her he growled. she exclaimed I wont cut him until he is sedated. I went to the vet and a he prescribed a sedative for him. now Ii have to wait a week for her to see him. I found her service to be very unprofessional and I would recomend taking your animal to pet smart.I would understand if my dog was a pit bull but he is a chitzu weighing less than 20 pounds I would be ashamed to call myself a pet groomer if I couldnt do the job. she cost me alot of money for nothing. and by the way my dog is still a puppy that plays with my 5 grandchildren daily all of which are 5 and under. he is not a viscious attack dog.
