        When I ask for a sleeve on my coffee. I don't expect to you just hand it to me. I want the sleeze on the coffee. The man serving me this am just did not seem to care and I know this because I was never acknowledge to begin with.

        The cups at Tim Hortons really needed to be upgraded. Nobody else in the coffee industry has the problem with their cups being to hot to hold.
