We and our tenants have had nothing but the best experiences with Amie and her team at Millennium. They are professional and put the tenant's concerns first. I would highly recommend Millennium Realty to anyone looking to rent or that needs a team to manage their properties!

Be careful and check and make sure everything works and nothing's broken or missing. The dryer was broken when I first moved in to a place. About 3 weeks went by so I called with concern and they threatened to not even replace it (it will say that in your lease that they can choose to, so you just might be sh** out of luck if any appliances break). Now it's been 4 months since I told them half the screens are broken or missing and someone finally came by a few weeks ago, but they're still not replaced. I'll update when I move out if there are anymore issues.

People beware!!!!! If you see any listing by this particular Millennium, steer as far clear as you can for your own sake! These are the most unprofessional, self-centered individuals that I have ever encountered. They are argumentative, petty, and indifferent at best. They are NOT accredited with the BBB, and have not grown one single bit in 17 years of business,
