        Overall

        This practice is unbelievably frustrating to deal with. It's astonishing when you consider the nature of their business and their lack of compassion. First, their doctors are booked months in advance. As a result, you cannot get in despite a possible urgent situation. The appointment staff is rude. The owner is smug. The doctors lack compassion. Over a 6 month period it actually made our family member's health worse. A total and complete nightmare.
