        They charged labor and then $4...

        They charged labor and then $450 for a $20 part. When I called them they said it was to cover the labor. I then asked why they charged $190 for my dispatch (usually $90, but it was after hours). I was told that that was just dispatch. Really?!? I called other HVAC places and they were pissed because it is stuff like this that gives the industry a bad rap. I have found that other places also up-charge, but they charge $60-90 for the same part, not $450. I have working AC, but $600+ dollars for a $20 part and an hours work is ridiculous.
