Swedish Massage

Deep Tissue Massage
Both an Occupational Therapist since 1996 and a Massage Therapist since 2001, I am very comfortable working with complicated health conditions and the elderly in addition to traditional massage clients. With every client my goal is to provide a caring, nurturing, delightful experience. I enjoy providing a comfortable space where clients can let go of the mental and physical stresses in their lives. I always let the current needs of my clients dictate how I structure each massage, be it a wonderful relaxation massage or deep and detailed clinical work. My most commonly used techniques are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage Therapy in addition to Ashi-Thai stretching techniques. My favorite part of what I do is seeing the transformation people experience from before and after the massage.
