Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union

No one seems to care at this bank whether they do the job the right way nor do tell you all the pros and cons.



They talk like they know for SURE when they don't have a clue and are just winging it.



No one follows through with what they say, no one takes ownership over their mistake and NO ONE considers the customer paramount.



Sad.



If I didnt have a car loan through this CREDIT UNION I would have closed out my accounts and went somewhere else. Its truly sad when you have to go behind several employees to get the job done.



My advise is CHECK, RECHECK, QUESTION, and DONT deal with ANYONE except a MANAGER. And always PREPARE for the WORSE with this financial institution!
