incredible service. these people can work on any type of vehicle the customer service is outstanding their labor prices are incredible I have never had anyone treat me so well and when they are finished with your vehicle it is clean and guaranteed I would give them a 10000 average

Had two services done by this center. 1) State inspection on my kids 1997 318i BWM. and 2) Transmission flush on my Toyota Sienna van.
Both times - no problems. He's a small operation so he might not be able to move you in and out as quick as some others, but I worked with it- the price was pretty reasonable.

I wish I could give this a business and negative rating. They tell you one thing once they get you trough the door, but once you're there they will change everything they had told you. They are not there to help you with your car troubles all they want is your money I feel. I will not be returning to this place ever again. Really made me mad how they wouldn't even answer my phone calls or return them!

They dont make em like this anymore. A great place to take your vehicle for repairs and servicing. Terrific- friendly customer service from Sarah and Darrin (owners) all the way to the back lot dude. Pricing on parts and labor will beat any shop and the effort they put forth to get your vehicle repaired right the first time is fantastic. Now only if they owned and ran a nice little Italian restaurant too. Nicholas.

Very nice people, especially the receptionist Sarah! The bad part about it I took my car there because it was running sluggish and the RPM would go rather high when trying to reach highway speed of 60 mph. Told them how my car was running and they told me what the problem was. They called me back with an estimated price which was good, and I told them to go ahead and fix it. One week passed and they said my car is running fine and informed me of what they've changed. Picked my car up and it is STILL running the same. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to drive one more day to see if it would change. Next day came and it's still running sluggishly as I've described it before so the problem I told them to fix was still there. I called them back and told them how the problem was never resolved and they told me everything was perfect and it shouldn't be a problem. The next day it shut down on me again. I called and they told me to bring it back. I asked them would the oxygen sensor be the problem and they said "no the oxygen sensor has nothing to do with the car shutting off". Once I dropped it off, I didn't get NO phone call to tell me what they wanted to fix or how much I would be charged. They went on ahead and replaced the oxygen sensor without calling me to inform me first. Two weeks later I had to call them because they never tried to give me a call, until I called them to ask for an update. They charged me for their mistake. So in other words, I paid them the first time to fix a problem that was never fixed, and paid them again because the problem wasn't fixed. I got my car back two weeks after dropping it off, and THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED. It shut down on me AGAIN in less than a week and I called them and they tried to tell me to bring it back up there. Why in the world would I bring it back up there when the first two times you couldn't get in done right? And the LACK of communication still boggles me as to why I had to pay for service when the first time it was never fixed. The mechanic seemed VERY unsure to why my car was acting like this. My car will not be no error and trial for them. I need someone to KNOW, give me a diagnostic, and INFORM me before doing anything to the car. Don't get me wrong, they are very polite and thats the only reason why they actually get a star from me. Other than that they wouldn't receive any stars. I would not recommend this place.

If you want a TRUE hometown shop where the people actually talk to you and take the time to explain what is needed now, what is wrong and what can wait - then come here. A & T did all of that AND doesn't charge what everyone else is charging. Why? How? They want you to tell everyone you know that they offer "Quality Service at an AFFORDABLE price!" Tell everyone and really you should swing by - THEY'RE WORTH IT.
