        Jeff Duffy is the most knowledgeable sales rep I have ever dealt with. He steered me away from the phone I came in for and helped me find one that turned out to be WAY better for me. I am now a completely satisfied lifetime customer. P.S. Karen Parks was also very helpful. I will never visit smother wireless store again.
