Have bad experience Meritage warranty service. Gutter ripped off, soil erosion, lot grading not good so water accumulated near crawl base, dead tree in backyard, sod is dead and mold happened during construction period. You can have long issues list. And no one really care what should be done and solve all the issues. Even window scratches, they need management review.
