Carolina Custom Gutters

Had some work done by these guys that seemed satisfactory. When I realized several weeks later that a problem still persisted with one of my gutters, I called them back and asked for them just to take a look and possibly tweak it. I was told the owner would get back to me. After a week or so I called back and was told again that they would get back to me. I ended up calling several more times, but never heard from them again. I hate to badmouth a company, but they seem like they are not interested in following up with their customers. They could have had a loyal customer if they would have just done a small followup.
