        Overall

        Slow to respond. Charges top dollar for plants and installation then skimps. Did not honor warranty on second rate trees.

        BEWARE - do not use their landscaping service. They didn't amend the soil as they said and the plants are not thriving as they should, one died because it was not planted properly. They don't return calls, tried numerous times and he promises to call you back and meet you and never does. Their warranty is therefore a joke.

        They were polite and guaranteed their work and plants. That was the end of it, now when everything is dead or going, they will not return a call to at least see if anything can be done to save these plants. The average cost was $400 including their very steep 75% fee to plant the products. The rating is one star only because the system will not allow a lower rating.
