Not sure why this listing, or ANY OF THE LOCKSMITHS in the Charleston WV area are listed as '24 hour or emergency residential service"...NONE of the businesses could help after hours. This was one of 12 we called the night I had an emergency and needed in my home. I had been staying out of town due to my dad's passing. I come home to realize my keys were lost, my cats locked inside without food and/or water, and there was no way in...which is an emergency. Called left a message, they never called back. I had a friend that used to work for this company, they were one of the first on my list to call. Very disappointed with all of the '24 hour Emergency Residential' listings here in Charleston West Virginia, as all of their ads are all lies, not one was able to help after normal shop hours. I hope if have to you use one of these companies its during the day, not an emergency, and you have better luck than me...else your just out of luck, because none of these companies appear to care at all.
