Fuji Sushi

Hands down the best sushi in Utah. I dare anyone to bet me on this one. If you like tuna try the pepper tuna sashimi.....so fresh it melts in your mouth.

Fuji Sushi just opened here in Centerville this week (Feb 16 2009); therefore, everything is new & gorgeous! The atmosphere is great. The staff is extremely friendly. Their sushi rolls are YUMMY!!! If you love sushi but your date doesn't, they also have yakisoba noodles, chicken dishes (sweet & sour, General Tso, etc), different types of curry, tempura bananas and mochi ice cream (delicious!). I had the sweet potato & lobster roll and I can honestly say it is the best I've had in Utah. They are also very reasonably priced. I think the average meal price was around $8 per plate with some sushi rolls priced around $4. They are just off the I-15 exit in Centerville in the same shopping complex as Starbucks, IHOP & America First Credit Union.
