Great Clips

Staff sucks, rude, unprofessional, and they can’t cut hair. Rose cut my daughters hair about 4” shorter than we wanted it. She was told it was to short on her first cut. She just kept hacking away. She cut straight across, and made it very uneven. Now that she cut it to her shoulders it will be hard to fix. She tried to take my phone out of my hand, and threaten to call the cops on me cause she couldn’t do her job. I would recommend 1 she goes to school and learns to cut hair. 2. That she only work on dog who hair grows back rather fast. I use to take my boys there, however after this experience I would suggest everyone go to jingles. Jingles is on vandyke about a 1 1/2 miles south of great clips on the west side of the road. Rose does not have a cosmetology license, and I didn’t know that until after this ordeal. So great clips is hiring people with no licenses. Stay away people

Your Center Line, MI franchise is staffed by an incredibly rude manager, Stephanie. After botching my son's haircut to the point of him being in tears, she refused to "justify" to me and hung up on my call.

I will actively recommend people avoid this location.
