PLEASE don't use him. If I could rate lower I would. I have used him in the past and had no issue. A month ago I call him to look at my furnace because it was making noise it shouldn't be making. He told me that the motor was going out. I told him let go ahead and get it replaced, because I didn't want to wait until it when out and then be without heat. He told me that he would order the part and it would be a couple of days. Well... here I am 4 weeks later and multiple calls to him every couple of days about if he had the part. Every time he would tell me that he didn't have the part yet and couldn't give me a reason why. Tuesday 12/10/19 I woke up to a cold house. I call him yet again and tell him my furnace isn't working and that I needed him to figure out how to get the part and fixed. He claimed he found the part in Fayetteville and that he would get it Wednesday and could fix it on Thursday. I call several times Thursday to confirm that he had the part and that he would be able to fix the furnace. Every time I called him he ignored my call and would send a text that he couldn't talk. I tried texting him asking and trying to confirm that he had the part, ignored all of my texts. Finally, after about 5 hours of trying to call him and texting him, he replied and texted me no he didn't have the part and that he couldn't talk. I have now been without heat for 3 days, and have wasted so much time and effort with zero results. I won't ever rely or use Gouvion Heating and Air and will high encourage others not to use him either.

My husband and i paid him 80%, which was 5000$ which he requires to accept the job, the other 20% due upon completion. We paid over 10 months ago. One month after another things have come up for him, i get the I'll be there next week, I'm on vacation I'll be there when i get back. It's been a nonstop lie after lie. Will not refund our mover and wok not come install our unit. Now we are having to pay an attorney to take this guy to court. Please do not end up in the mess we are in with this company. Stay away. Now my entire remodel of my home is on hold while we fight this out and rush to find a new heat and air company to finish this complete install
