        The night of my fathers funeral there were 75 people waiting in the hall with open doors. They were noisy and when I went to get the guest books from outside I was bombarded with comments from a bunch in the hallway. When we arrived at the funeral home they didn't even have my fathers name on the chapel room we were supposed to be in with people arriving. It took 25 days to get a death certificate in the hands of the funeral home because they did not communicate with us on what was going on. I give them a 0 as they do not work with you the way they should and I will go somewhere else in the future. I will also let everyone I know about how their services are. Very Disappointed in Owens Funeral Home Go Somewhere Else!!!
