        Prompt, courteous and careful service. Nigel came to repair a leaking toilet. He called to let me know his expected arrival time and arrived near the beginning of the two hour window. Determined the problem and resealed my toilet neatly and carefully. Very polite. Happy to recommend PHI Group!
