I wouldn't recommend this place to no one... It's like a around the way Corner store hangout spot and to come off prejudice but fill with young urban guy's with no kind of respect for paying customers,with cars that's worth more than their LITTLE TINT SHOP. Once entered into this place of so called business, never was greeted, kind of felt like I was disturbing the young man at the desk. After we discuss what I will like to have done to my BRAND NEW CAR! Ask the guy how long it would take, he told me like 45 minutes; mind you I got there at 11:00 am didn't leave till 4:00 p.m. Once my car was done only to get home to find that my door had damage by a burn mark to it, called and notified the asst manager about the situation, waited 2 weeks for them to get back to me. Once I guess they figured they was going to handle this matter, I then receive a call. Hesitant to take my car back to this place, still no friendly greeting, with any shown or hint of good customer service skills, the guy too my car to the back to get the work done. Never came back out to check on me or to watch the front for other prospect customers,that was the last I seen or heard from anyone; minus I guess someone who works there kids. While waiting in the hole in the wall with alley couches and lawn furniture to sit on at this TINT SHOP/DETAILING SHOP and I do use the terms loosely, a customer came in to inquiry about services but again no one was at the front desk to assist. After a hour of waiting and mind you being the only one present, the guy finally returns with my car. SMH no matter how cheap and reasonable it is,when it comes to an investment your making payments on,second guess yourself and do judge a book my it cover. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Car Source Customs is the best detailing and car care shop I have found in the Washington DC area. The service quick with no lack in quality. The place is run by a wonderful man by the name of Lynwood Makins he treats every customer like their the only customer. It's a great place and I will give them my business again.
