Nelson's Bar and Grill

I've been to this place about 15 times in the last few years, and every time I leave I ask myself, How in the hell does this place stay in business? The wait staff is the most incompetent, disoriented, haughty group of dumb chicks I've ever seen. Last night (08/19/2014) I ordered four shots of Crown and they never came. Food -- just wings -- took 42 minutes to get to the table. I timed it to prove to my friends how lousy the place was. The only reason I go there is because I am with a group that hasn't yet learned how bad this place is. They are finally catching on. The recent remodel destroyed what little panache the place had. The owner, manager, and staff are clueless. Even the ex-con chef couldn't be hired elsewhere. Save your money and time and go someplace else.

I work out across the street all the time and some time back saw an advertisement in the paper about 25 cent wings every day so I wanted to try them out. I went there with my girlfriend on a Sat. afternoon around 4 (which is early for dinner but we were out shopping). It was very bland inside, nothing to brag about, the food wasn't bad ( overpriced and no steaks on menu) but they only offer the 25 cent wings once a week. The service was bad as the two girls working there focused on the people at the bar vs. the 3 or 4 couples there for dining.
