This place is absolutely horrendous. Terrible customer service. They have not delivered 3 packages in 2 weeks to my house. They have lied and said they are scanned and left at my front door. The phone number listed is connected to a phone no one answers. I spent 1 hour waiting to speak to a manager and they wouldn't come up. I was told to leave my number and address for a call back and they never called. I then called the US Postal Service and filed a complaint. I received a call with the same number no one answers. I will continue to go there until I get an answer and speak with a manager. This is by far the worst post offfice I have ever dealt with!

I have never received such poor customer service in all my life. Ever horrible stereotype I have ever heard about postal and government employees has just been confirmed in the one branch of our post office. Latisha has apparently no problem hanging up on customers and refuses to give customers the name of her manager to make complaints. I will never go back there!

We live in Fordham Green and the post office moved our mailboxes to the other side of the complex. I am handicapped and it is very hard to get my mail especially in the winter with the scraped snow piles, it is very disturbing to walk all the way over there at one and two in the afternoon to find out the carrier has not been there yet. Can you please at least set a time to expect the mail if this is a permanent move?

Everyone is helpful and friendly with one major exception!! Unbelievably one of the "customer service representatives" is the rudest person you could never hope to meet. When you walk up to her she does not smile or ask how she can help she just looks at you like your a disease and grunts. When she is done helping you she just says okay. Really? I dont know if I just remind this lady of someone she hates in her life. Her name is Sherril. I always smile and try to be friendly with all of the staff. I really dont understand how someone with zero customer service skills and is actually rude can remain at this office or anywhere.

I went on line to get the hours of operation of your Canton location on Canton Center Road. The information was not listed on your WEB sight. The time was 8:22a and I wanted to find out what time the office opened. I called the number, 734-844-0590 hoping a recording would tell me the hours. The recording stated that the office is closed and to leave a voicemail message with my phone number. That was impossible because the voice mail was full. I just wanted to know what time the Canton Post Office opens for business.



I would have appreciated a recording which answers something like...You have reached the Canton Post Office located on Canton Center Road. We are currently closed. Our hours of operation are.... If you would like to leave a message, please leave your name, phone number and a brief message and someone will contact you as soon as possible



Another possibility is to list the hours on your WEB sight.



The post office is a government institution. The person who recorded the message at the Canton Post Office sounds very unprofessional.
