Contemporary Dentistry - Canton

I went in for cleaning and X-ray which I knew would be covered in full by my insurance. The dentist came in and told me I needed a crown and fillings. I asked what I needed the crown for and he said I had slight decay on 1 molar. I said I couldn't afford I'm on disability and he told me it wouldn't be much with my insurance and the billing person would call insurance and let me know exactly what I owe. They came back and said my portion will be $437. I said maybe next time I come back and the biller said i would only have to pay 1/2 that day and balance when I came back for crown. I said okay and they filed down my tooth and came back 10 minutes later and told me they made the crown and it was "hideous " per dental assistant and they would send it out to be done and would call me when it came in. When I hadn't heard from them in several weeks I called and receptionist said could I come in that afternoon. When I went to pay I said you were supposed to call me when it came in and was told by billing lady that they never sent it out and gave me the one they had made on site. I hadn't seen it so when I got home and looked in the mirror I cried. It is so ugly and hideous I can't believe that they had given me that thing. To make matters worse they had the nerve to send me a bill for &810 . I immediately called my insurance and asked why I was being billed and they told me to have dentist office call and request they listen to recorded conversation between biller and insurance and that what they had done was not covered for 6 more weeks when I would have had policy for 1 year. I emailed dentist office and let them know and they billed me again.
I don't know if they would try to be so shady with a young person or if they only try to scam older people. I am trying to find out where I can file a complaint.
They should spend as much time and effort on actual dental work and less time on their shady after hour Botox parties and other after hour activities.
