        I had a horrible experience in dealing with Travel Marketing Services in Canton, Ma with regard to changing a hotel booking at the Royal West Indies resort in Turks and Caicos. **UPDATE: They finally allowed me to cancel my reservation. I'm now satisfied although it was a lengthy and frustrating process.
