General Info: New England Door is a privately held corporation that was established in 1957. The corporate offices, manufacturing, warehousing and export facilities are located in Canton, Mass., in a state-of-the-art 100,000 square foot facility built in 1997. The company's domestic market is the Northeastern portion of the United States. It sells on a strictly wholesale basis to approximately 600 professional garage door distributors and building supply companies. Started as a local manufacturer, New England Door has grown to become a dominant factor in its area of coverage. An export department was formed in 1991 to make its products available to foreign markets. New England Door has become one of the largest exporters of garage doors in the U.S. and has been recognized as Exporter of the Year by governmental agencies on more than one occasion in recent years.
