This is a horrible business!!! Jerry Todd replaced my heating element on 5/7/15. And when he did he damaged my property. And I called and complained and he said he would be out Monday 5/11/15. When he arrived he accessed the damage and informed me it would cost over $300.00 to fix. And he wasn't going to take responsibity for his actions. Even after admitting to doing it. " sometimes you brake things while your fixing them." While I was showing him to the door he cursed at me. And allowed one of his employees to threaten me. In my own home and in front of my five year old child.
