        We have always been very impre...

        We have always been very impressed with the services and the professionals at Heritage Pediatrics. The staff goes out of their way to put my children at ease and they are always willing to talk through any questions or concerns that I have. Their staff is also really great at keeping appointment times and keeping everyone on schedule which is something that I really appreciate!

        The doctors seem friendly and ...

        The doctors seem friendly and good with the kids. I still feel like they rush to get them in and out. The office staff on the other hand, and some of the nurses....are NOT very friendly or personable at all. I do not feel like I am in a pediatric office when I am in there. If it were not a hassle to switch, and there was a practice in my area, I would. I definitely feel like I am an inconvenience when I am in there. I have been going there for nearly five years, with three kids, and they still do not know my name.
