No nonsense, polite but they do try to get you to buy lots of extra services, like the collision damage insurance, extra fuel, etc. They keep their vehicles clean and aren't uptight about scratches and dings. I've had several good experiences over the years with this franchise location. Plus they have heated storage when you just can't bear to part with that old chair from freshman year.
