I was seeking employment so I decided to register with Hollister because they specialize in the type of work that I am experienced doing. I visited their office to register and met with one of their recruiters.



I thought the meeting with the recruiter went well. He was friendly and professional and sounded very confident that he could find a position for me, saying that with my skills and experience, I was extremely "placeable".



On the following day, the recruiter sent me an email asking if I would be interested in submitting my resume for a job they had in my area. I responded giving him permission to go ahead and submit my resume. A few days later, I sent him a follow-up email to check in on the status of the job he had mentioned, and I never got a response. That was over a month ago and I haven't heard from them since.
