Good prices for organic choices and friendly employees. I would ignore the bad review. If you shop here periodically why would you not just get a refund when you shopped there next time? Just saying..

I love trader joe's eversince I was CA and when I moved to WA I still patronizing this company. I went to their store in Burien and purchased my fav items. I was busy and wasn't able to check the receipt. When I came home after doing some errands and prepared dinner for my family. Around 9pm I check and balance my receipts and noticed the trader joe's receipt double charge me $5.99 veggie lasagna. I Only purchased one I called the store and talked to Kevin that your cashier double charge me and I need to get the refund. It is not my fault it is your cashier's fault. I told him I'm from Renton and you want me to go there and get my $5.99 plus tax....why don't you give the refund using my debit card. I won't waste my gas to go there and in the first place it is not my fault. This store should attend class how to handle customer complaint esp it was their fault. Know how to please your customers. 100% customer satisfaction what they should do!
