        Overall

        Our home was held hostage! Please look elsewhere for your real estate needs. LisaJo Chard an agent for Remax AllCity represented us marketing our home. She was full of promises but would not deliver. LisaJo forced us to pay her $1200 dollars to end our contract after she was given multiple opportunities to perform.



        LisaJo, You demanded to be rewarded for nonperformance. That is not how the world works. Hopefully prospective clients will see this and run to agents the are honest and put their clients first.



        Finally Remax and the broker Leslie did nothing but defend LisaJo's actions. We recommend you stay away from all Remax agents because Remax will not support you either



        Since LisaJo went away,we worked with another agent with JLS and had two offers right away and sold our home a month later.
