TERRIBLE and expensive experience! MGM and Gary Klonowski did a 2nd story addition for us a few years ago, and we currently have another builder in to do some work and this is what we have discovered about MGM's work: the stairs they built are structurally unstable; the upstairs shower was incorrectly waterproofed and everything under it is rotted; the drain pipes were never glued and were leaking; there was no flashing on the second story windows under the siding. STAY AWAY--this company DOES NOT know what it is doing; Gary was never there to supervise during the project and I wouldn't trust him even if he was.
