Green Towing Burbank

I called them as I locked my keys in my vehicle around 6PM. I told them my situation, type of vehicle, and ask "How much is this going to cost"? I was told by the man on the phone $49. I said only $49 and you are sure you can open the door.....He said no problem it would be worked out. They were prompt why I gave them two stars. However no towing type vehicle arrived, a man in a regular car, absent of uniform or anything that looked business professional.. Looks at the door makes it seem like I 've got some difficult type of vehicle....than says did they tell me the cost. I said yes $49. He says oh that's just for me to come and look at it. The labor is $119 in addition to the $49. I said no way and told him I wasn't going to be doing any business with them. Came back home called Access Locksmith's who would come to nite for $100 or in the morning for $75. BEWARE

We were on our way out on a Saturday night with a few friends that on our way to burbank our tire popped right on sunset Blvd. from all the potholes that we were passing over. Thankfully I had the number to these guys saved on my phone. They came to us within 20 minutes and thanks to the great help of these guys our tire was fixed quickly for a low price and we were on our way to have a great night.

Last week during my finals week I locked my car keys in the car while trying to get to class quick. After my class I had to call a roadside assistance company and they were very close. They were super cool and did a great job. Nice job guys!
