        I recently made an appointment to get hair and makeup done for prom. I scheduled my appointment for 12:15 in order to be done by 1:30 because I was told it would take an hour maximum. I showed up on time and I was told it would be about twenty minutes. I waited for an hour and the girl who I had an appointment with was working on someone else and started to get another girl to do my makeup. She had little experience and the foundation wasn't my color and she had to start all over on my eye-shadow. In order to do so she wiped my face raw which resulted in making it look like I had black eyes. After an hour and a half the lady who I was scheduled to work with showed up to fix the mess. Then I was getting my hair done, I asked for small curls but she couldn't because they and to share curling irons and she only had a big one. I ended up being late to dinner because i was having to fix everything when I got home. I payed 80 dollars for a mess. I was a very loyal customer and I am greatly disappointed.
