        Do not depend on this post office to handle anything professionally! I have been doing business with this post office for over 6 years and have been regretting it ever since. The only reason I stayed for 6 years was because of convenience but that is no more.
        We have had our mail put in the wrong P.O. Box more than 20 times!! One of these times resulting in a check being cash fraudulently and we had to get the police involved.
        Just last week, I send out a package using pre-paid postage but it was returned to me for non payment of 9 grams!!
        This post office also lost 8 of my packages and it took 3 days for them to track them down. I got no refund and nothing but an "I'm sorry" from the Post Master.
        They often return packages even after you pay and get a receipt! It will then take 2-3 days before you get the package back and by then the items may be late. I had to pay over $130 in overnight fees because of this.

        Awful service. Unfriendly and miserable mail carriers. I thought these people were govt employees and we pay their salaries. They don't even try to deliver mail or pick up packages. If I could give no stars, I would.

        In office services are good. Mail delivery is NOT satisfactory. It seems that the current carriers really do not care about delivering mail it is just a pay check with no service.. Granted snow and plows taking out mail boxes has not helped, but to not pick up or deliver just because a box is right at arm level is not acceptable when efforts have been made to have the box as accessible as possible.
