        Overall

        Came to the office in person. Despite waiting for 20 min, they offered the rate higher than what I had pus added their own additional fee for processing on top of the insurance quote.
        Avoid them!

        We saved over $6000 on our business liability policy in new york with North Star Insurance, filled out a contact form on ns-insurance.com and they responded within 15 minutes with the numbers, finalized purchase that same say. These guys are great!
