Green Cleaning Company

Should have just left my house dirty. At least then I wouldnt have wasted my money and time. I have a small 3 bed 1.5 bath home. We purchased 4 hrs of service, or as it was explained 2 cleaners for 2 hrs of cleaning. The house was not dusted. The half bath wasn't even touched. The mirrors weren't cleaned. I specifically asked that the blinds be cleaned. The blinds were not cleaned. When I called to speak to Tracy Mitchell regarding the poor service, I was told they do not guaranty clean. I welcomed her to my home to review the work, rather the lack of work. I told Tracy Mitchell that I had guests coming to stay and would need to clean my home before they arrived this evening. Tracy was much to busy to make the trip during the business day. Obviously, customer service and satisfaction are of no concern to The Green Cleaning Company. Do not use this company if you don't like being cheated and swindled.

Don't even bother. She only corresponded with me through text message. I don't know why she wouldn't call. I did get a call from some guy and I called him but he never called me back. I was trying to use my groupon now I am just going to get my money back. I got a harsh text saying that she needed more time for scheduling, ok then just call and try to rectify the situation. I just said forget it!

I explain over the phone that I wanted my entire house cleaned. I ended up paying $140. They sent 3 women and they were only here for 1 1/2 hours. They barley dusted. You could see the places where they dusted in contrast to the dust that was still there. They kind of vacuumed. They got the big stuff, but the floors still had stuff all over. They clean the sink in the kitchen and that is about it. They left without washing any of the floors or cleaning the bathrooms. What creeps me out is wondering what the heck they were doing in my house for 1 1/2 hours.

I used a groupon for a two hour cleaning service. The cleaners were over 20 minutes late and didn't come close to finishing cleaning our empty apartment (i.e., counters weren't wiped down). When I called to ask about it, I was told that if I was a "repeat customer" they might have stayed longer to clean. I was not impressed with their response, let alone with the service we received. I would recommend going elsewhere. I have used a two hour cleaning service in the past in that same apartment and those cleaners had completed the cleaning job without a problem.

It was ok, but not the best. I had 2 hours worth of cleaning and my house is smaller. I can deep clean my place in 2 hours. She did not even finish in the 2 hours. What she got done was good but nothing to write home about.
