Racist! Both the company themselves and the on site manager Keith.

We lived in the Greendale highland lane apartments for over 3 years. We gave our notice a month in advance along with our rent, however, CCRT claimed they didn't receive it on time and said it was two days late, we were not eligible to get our security deposit back. We moved out cleaned the place really good THEN got a letter a month later saying we owe 600 for repairs to replace the carpet and said every check list was DIRTY

Let me give you an example of how how things got fixed at Highland lane from Keith; we had YELLOW water in the kitchen, bad lead problems.Keith replaced our kitchen faucet, with a bathroom faucet! Another issue we had was when the company never gave us warning when they took the entire centra air unit away for a MONTH during summer and left us to suffer with our little boy in the heat

BED BUGS? Our downstairs neighbors had them. The building accross had them. The building diagonal had them

This is the worst seriously is the worst. Very unprofessional management, group of money hunger all they want is to take your money. They won't give my deposit back yet they trying to charge me for everything that was not brand new when I left, I was there for almost 3 years do you really expect everything to be brand new when we move out ??? Not only that they are very rude disrespectful to their tanents. The last thing you want to do is to call the office. So happy I finally moved out. I don't recommend this place.

I felt the Manager and staff at CCRT represented themselves very well. They were upfront, clear and precise with all rules and laws regarding my potential tenancy. I was approved after my background check and have been living in my Waukesha apartment ever since! I am very happy here! My property manager is very nice and cleans frequently! CCRT takes interest in making sure the majority of the tenancy is happy and works to improve tenant situations, if there is a problem. I could not ask for a better property company.

I love this company! We rented from them in Milwaukee for about 4 years before they sold the building, and when we were ready to move again, we looked for them. We live in one of their apartments in Greendale and we couldn't be happier! The apartment is amazing! And the apartment managers responds and fixes problems in a very timely manner. I've been nothing but happy with this company. And FYI, there are many different races and ethnicities where I live. They, as a company, are not racist.

This is the worst possibe company to rent from. When you first move in, the managers state that they will fix things that are wrong in the apartment before they give you the keys. However, they never do. Then, when things contnue to break and you call them to have it fixed, since it was thei fault it was neve fixed to begin with, they kick you out of the apartment. On top of all that, the company is extremely racist. In Waukesha, there is a huge hispanic population. However, you would not know that by looking at CCRT Propertes apartments out there. They do their best to find excuses to terminate te tenancy of the non-white renters, while accepting no non-white renters to new apartments. It's no wonder why many of the apartments stand empty. On top of that, the ceiling leaks and leaves water spots everywhere, but they refuse to do anything about that, either. I'm sure that they would try to find some way to say that is the tenants fault, as well.
