Eyebrows tinting by Reese was the worst ever. She rush through and didn't do any shaping, just a blotch of line. Exquiste does a better job! Worst experience ever to have walk around with mess up eyebrows

To me when you have a professional business that is supossedly "classy" you do NOT allow your employees to have a cell phone out ever. Why should I have to wait for a front desk person to finish her texting or why should I have to listen to any employee yapping on her phone??? Simple answer - I don't.

I went to Azana because I received a gift certificate. The girl at the front desk was doing something on her cell phone and I had to interrupt her just so I could check in. The locker room is crowded... anyone outside the locker room can look in and see you changing in the mirror. Then you sit on this dirty couch in the relaxation room. It's dark in there, so maybe they think you won't notice. I got a facial. While the mask was on my face the girl read a magazine for about ten minutes (my eyes were covered, but I could hear her turning the pages). No massage, nothing. Do yourself a favor and go anyplace but here.

I was referred to Azana when I wanted to get my brows waxed for the first time, and now I can't imagine going anywhere else. It's truly a one-stop shop. I have yet to try services other than waxing but am eagerly anticipating the manicure/pedicure and a massage in the coming months. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is calming, and just right (Relaxation Room is exactly what is says it is!). Karlee, who waxes, is absolutely amazing! She does an outstanding job and makes you feel comfortable no matter what. Azana is definitely a treat to give to yourself!

About two years ago I moved to the Milwaukee area and tried several salons hair specialists before finding this one! I will not get my hair done anywhere else or by anybody else after getting it done by Zena at Azana Salon & Spa!.



I see Zena for partial/full foils and she is absolutely amazing with both hair color and cuts! I definitely recommend her to anyone but especially those of you that are as picky about their hair as I am. She will completely go out of her way to make sure her customers are 100% satisfied and even stays late or comes in for special appointments as needed. Go see her! You wont be disappointed!

A very relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed my massage!

I usually go to Azana once a month for a facial and massage by the same people. Elizabeth gives exceptional facials and eyebrow waxings. I strongly recommend her. Also, I get my massages from Kimberly. She shows such concern for her clients, and she always fits the massage to my needs. I don't do much downstairs in the salon area, but I could see it being great for wedding parties because it is very open and group friendly.
